What we offer exhibitors
2 types of exhibition spaces:
- 10 Startup spaces 2x2m priced at 2495,- excl. VAT*
- 20 Company spaces 3×2 meters priced at 3995,- excl. VAT**
- *Startup spaces are only available for companies no older than 3 years.
- **first come first served
Both spaces include:
- 1 high café table + 1 chair for each exhibitor
- WiFi
- Electric Power outlet
- Each exhibition space comes with 1 attendee ticket
We require of you
- That you commit to setting up your booth on 30 of August between the hours of 6.00 to 8.00 local time.
- That you man your booth until the show closes at 16.30.
- That you disassemble your booth between the hours of 16.30 to 17.30 local time.
Due to limited spacing for exhibitors, presenters and demo flights, we reserve the right to choose who gets to exhibit at IDS 2022 and the main requirement for exhibiting at IDS 2022 is that your products, or services relates to the drone industry.
After the show closes – extra networking event
When the International Drone Show closes UAS Denmark Test Center and Odense Robotics have arranged for a networking session over a meal and beverages at an additional cost of 549,- DKK excl. Vat.

IDS Pass registration, Exhibitor and Live-demonstration Sign-up
No mater, what your business at IDS 2022 is, we require your registration (participant, exhibitor, keynote or demonstrator):
Please deliver your confirmation on participating as an exhibitor no later than Monday 15 August 2022.
